The team surgical team at Bosley was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and professional. My only concern is about getting my refund as it was sent to the original credit card ( unfortunately I no longer have that credit card). So I’ll have to get that resolved with Bosley finance team. Other than this my experience was wonderful!

The only complaint I have is I feel I wasn’t informed enough of how much swelling and pain I would experience post op. I was under the impression I would be able to go back to work after a day off, but I have had to miss 3 because of the pain and swelling. That being said, the staff was AMAZING and extremely friendly and went above and beyond before, during and after the procedure. Would highly recommend Bosley to anyone!

Great experience. Desk receptionist was very helpful, and Esperanza Aguilar was very professional. She listened to me and helped me to build a conservative plan and solve all the questions I had. I am happy I took the step to go and talk to them.

When I walked into the room there was a team of beautiful ladies in there waiting to take care of me. They did an outstanding job they were knowledgeable, caring and very funny. I had a great time in there with them. I don’t remember names, but the short one with the black crocs is hilarious. I liked her voice too. It was something about her. Thank you so much ladies. I hope the review gets back to you, so you all will know how much I appreciate your help.

Yes they called and checked on me the first couple of days. My experience was good. I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY STILL CALLED AND CHECKED ON YOU ONE MONTH OUT 6 WEEKS OUT. WITH THE CHANGES GOING ON WITH THE TRANSPLANT.
