Everyone at the Chevy Chase office we're extremely nice, extremely helpful and very professional during the procedure they were always asking me if I had any questions and when I did they were quick to answer them it was a very long day but they made it seem like it wasn't and lunch was a very nice bonus I would highly recommend them, the only thing I didn't like was the procedure chair was not comfortable at all at least not for a long-term use, still does not change 5-star rating

Professional staff and every step of the procedure was well articulated so there was not any surprises to an already uncomfortable process.

Dr Phipps and her team makes it an easy procedure! I would highly recommend her! I just want to say that they haven't had a chance to follow up yet but I'm sure they will!

Yes everyone went out of their way. If I had pain they applied a little more anesthesia. They gave me the blanket each time I came back after a break. They even paused the netflix during the break. They were all happy and cheerful. The doctor was very responsive with my questions
