Bosley On April 30, 2001, Carl Bell came to Bosley for his first hair transplant procedure. He had used Rogaine for many years in the early nineties and was tired of the maintenance. While it may have helped retain hair, it did not restore his hair. His hair loss began in his mid twenties and became particularly noticeable in the front forelock area. During the first procedure, Carl received 1200 grafts.
