Steven L Crawshaw, M.D., F.A.C.S.Steven L. Crawshaw, M.D., graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College, Pennsylvania, and received his M.D. from Pennsylvania State University. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at the East Carolina University.
From 1984 to 1996, Dr. Crawshaw practiced General and Vascular Surgery in Salisbury, Maryland. He was Staff Surgeon and then Director of Trauma at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, and Staff Surgeon at Atlantic General Hospital, Berlin, Maryland.
In 1996, Dr. Crawshaw elected to practice hair restoration surgery exclusively and affiliated with Bosley- the World's leader in Hair Restoration Practice. Following his training with hair transplantation pioneer L. Lee Bosley, M.D. and from other experienced M.D.s at Bosley, Dr. Crawshaw assumed leadership of the Houston surgical office, until late 2010. Stephen Leonard, M.D., F.A.C.S., I.S.H.R.S.Stephen Leonard, M.D., (F.A.C.S.) is a board-certified Surgeon who received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College in Ohio, cum laude, in 1967 and his M.D. from the Duke University School of Medicine in 1973.
He completed a surgical internship and residency at the New York Hospital- Cornell University Medical Center from 1973 through 1978. Following that, between 1978 and 1979, Dr. Leonard did his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Ohio State University and St. Anthony Hospital in Columbus Ohio.
Following his post graduate residencies, Dr. Leonard served as a Staff Surgeon in the INA Healthplan of Arizona, as well as other hospitals in Arizona and New Jersey (from 1979 to 1982), specializing in general and vascular surgery.
Between 1982 and 1983, Dr. Leonard was an Assistant Professor of Surgery (general and vascular surgery) at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worcester, MA, and the Assistant Chief of Surgery at the Worcester City Hospital. From 1983 to 1993, he was in private practice in vascular surgery and aviation medicine in Mesa, AZ.
In 1993, Dr. Leonard joined Bosley Medical Group. He performed hair transplantation at Bosley surgical offices in Beverly Hills, CA, Atlanta, GA, and Boca Raton, FL from 1993 to 2003, and now provides coverage in other offices as needed. Dr. Stephen Leonard is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He belongs to several prestigious professional organizations including: the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the Aerospace Medical Association, the Civil Aviation Medical Association, the Rocky Mountain Vascular Surgical Society and is Chairman of the Aeromedical Advisory Council of the Experimental Aircraft Association).
Dr. Leonard was a Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force Reserve from 1984-1994, assigned to an F-16 fighter squadron, and is an FAA designated Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate with type ratings in Learjets and Cessna Citations.

In 1984, he received his M.D. Degree from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA as the President of his 1984 Medical School Class. From 1984 to 1989, he completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital, in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Dean began his medical career in General & Vascular Surgery in 1990 as the Vice President of Staff and then the Chief of Surgery at the Chesterfield General Hospital in Cheraw, SC. He then went on to be the Vice Chief of Surgery at the St. Joseph Hospital in Port Charlotte, FL, before becoming the Chief of Surgery at the same hospital. In 2001, Dr. Dean became affiliated with the world's leader in hair transplantation- Bosley Medical Group. He has performed hair transplantation at different Bosley surgical offices in North America and now provides coverage in various offices as needed.
