Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

You can exchange or return for a full refund of the purchase price (not including charges for shipping and handling) products you have purchased from Bosley within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for purchases made at a Bosley office, or within (14) days of receipt of the product for orders placed online or over the phone.

In order to have your return or exchange processed:

  • You must return the product(s) in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all original contents and material
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, etc.)

If you return merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the return policy, the item(s) will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will occur.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, the cost of return shipping will be at your charge and will not be reimbursed by Bosley. We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please provide your current mailing address and make sure that your return address is legible and accurate. Bosley will not be held responsible for undeliverable merchandise or packages lost in transit.

Manufacturing Defects, Malfunctions or other Technical Issues

You may exchange a product for another due to manufacturing defect, malfunction or other technical issue, provided you followed the manufacturer’s instructions (e.g., registration of product, use in accordance with instructions). Products will not be exchanged when damage is due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Theradome

The Theradome Laser Helmet™ carries a 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. If a technical issue or non-working helmet situation occurs, call Theradome’s Customer Service Line, 1-855-LH-WORKS (1-855-549-6757) for assistance which may include a replacement helmet if deemed necessary. Theradome will make all attempts to troubleshoot all issues. If the issue cannot be resolved by Theradome, the patient will then be instructed by Theradome to return the product to the original point of sale for an exchange. To return your product for exchange, please deliver it to the point of purchase with the original receipt of payment. Please include your name, address, and phone number if delivered via mail.

Laser Comb

The Bosley Laser Comb® carries a 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. If a technical issue or non-working helmet situation occurs, call Hairmax’s Customer Service Line, 1-800-973-4769 for assistance which may include a replacement unit if deemed necessary. Hairmax will make all attempts to troubleshoot all issues. If the issue cannot be resolved by Hairmax, the patient will then be instructed to return the product to the original point of sale for an exchange. To return your product for exchange, please deliver it to the point of purchase with the original receipt of payment. Please include your name, address, and phone number if delivered via mail.
