When I first met Casey, he really seemed to focused on my needs and really took the time to explain everything in great detail. His confidence in Bosley was the real reason I would recommend Bosley to all of my family and friends. He really made me feel as part of the family and not just someone trying to make a sale. I’m really excited to get back to being me and gaining my confidence back!! Casey your person to work with and looking forward to my new life in 2021!!!

Questions were answered, the only thing I really didn’t like was that when i got there he or someone else had my home google picture on the screen it seemed really strange someone had google my address or it’s that something you guys do all the time

This was the best experience from start to finish! From the initial consult with Casey to Dr. Feldman in Houston for the surgery everything was so easy and fun. That may be the best doctor visit I’ve ever had! The whole Bosley team was so nice. Literally everyone was nice and welcoming. Casey checked in on me as well as the doctor calling me post-surgery. It showed they really cared. I wouldn’t think twice about doing it again. The best overall experience! Can’t say thank you enough to Bosley, but thank you, thank you, thank you!

Casey was wonderful. He assisted in guiding me to the location. It is an up-scale building in the center of beautiful Austin. They have access to a parking garage to the rear of the building, which made parking very convenient. Once I made it to the 20th floor, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, who alerted Casey to my arrival. I also went online and checked in. Casey greeted me with a smile. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel as ease the entire visit. He had all of the answers to my questions and was eager to tell me about the hair restoration services. At no point did I feel pressured into signing up. I have an appt for the restoration process and am excited to have the treatment.
