Bosley is dedicated to helping men and women restore their hair so they can look and feel their best. We stand behind the Revitalizer and are confident that with consistent and proper use you will see results. Please note that growing hair does not happen overnight, it takes time and patience. Used individually, or as a combined treatment program, most users will begin to experience an improvement in hair loss in 4 – 6 months.
In order to qualify for the Bosley Satisfaction Guarantee, you are required to register the product once received. The policy is also only valid for the purchaser/registered name on record.

REVITALIZER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
The Bosley Revitalizer Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to use the laser device for a period of 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase and if you are not satisfied with your results, you will be refunded the purchase price of the Bosley Revitalizer within the terms of this Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. The Bosley Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to purchases made on Bosley.com or at a Bosley location. For purchases made through our retail partners, please see the “Bosley Revitalizer Retail Partner Satisfaction Guarantee”.
To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, you must use the Revitalizer as directed per the user manual for a minimum of 6 months. If after at least 6 months of use you are not satisfied, contact Revitalizer customer service at (866)271-4090 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 12 months of your purchase date. Your refund cannot be processed without an RMA number. The Revitalizer return (both device and battery pack) must be received within 21 days of contacting customer service and receiving an RMA number, and the device must be functioning with normal wear and tear, for the refund to be processed.
Our satisfaction guarantee policy is only valid for purchases made directly on the Bosley website and shipped to an address in the United States, or at one of our Bosley locations. For your Bosley Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to be valid, you are required to register your product at www.Bosley.com/RevitalizerRegistration within 90 days of purchase. This policy only applies to the purchaser/registered name on record. Once the returned device has been received, inspected, and confirmed that it is functioning and in a well-maintained condition your refund, less 25% purchase price restocking and shipping fees (if applicable), will be issued. You are responsible for the 25% purchase price restocking fee and return shipping cost. Failure to comply with the guidelines stated in this policy can disqualify you from being eligible for a refund. Please note that although you are able to purchase multiple units from our website and Bosley locations, the Bosley Revitalizer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy can only be used once per customer/household.
Bosley Revitalizer Retail Partner Satisfaction Guarantee
Bosley is dedicated to helping men and women restore their hair so they can look and feel their best. Used individually, or as a combined treatment program, the Bosley Revitalizer is designed to provide noticeable results in 4-6 months. If after 6 months of regularly using the Bosley Revitalizer as directed, you feel that you have not achieved a satisfactory result, you may return your laser device to Bosley and apply the purchase price of your Bosley Revitalizer Laser Cap towards a Bosley hair transplantation procedure of 800 grafts or more at standard fees, subject to physician examination and approval. Not combinable with other discounts or promotions. To be eligible, you must complete your initial hair restoration procedure within 12 months of the original date of purchase of the Bosley Revitalizer Laser Cap and surrender the unit to a Bosley location. Bosley makes this commitment to you to ensure that your investment in a hair loss solution results in your long-term satisfaction.
For your Bosley Revitalizer Retail Partner Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to be valid, you are required to register your product at www.Bosley.com/RevitalizerRegistration within 90 days of purchase. This policy only applies to the original purchaser/registered name on record. Once the device has been received, inspected, and confirmed that it is functioning and in a well-maintained condition, the purchase amount can be applied towards one of the in-office procedures listed above.
