Our office is located within the REGUS Business Center in BUILDING #3. As you pull into the parking lot we are the building to the far right. Enter the double doors to the elevator and go to the 4th FLOOR (Suite 400). If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you cannot reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.
