Conozco Bosley desde siempre porque existe desde hace décadas... Debería haberlo hecho hace mucho tiempo. No sé por qué no lo hice. Creo que tenía miedo. Pero tuve una experiencia muy positiva con Bosley. Me hicieron sentir cómoda y el procedimiento fue estupendo. Debería haberlo hecho hace 20 años.
Vine a Bosley para mi revisión de los 9 meses y vi los resultados y el antes y el después, y me quedé como... guau. Bosley me devolvió la confianza en mí misma. Antes estaba acomplejada por mi pelo, ahora estoy orgullosa de ello.
En cuanto supe que podía hacer algo con mis entradas, tuve que hacerlo. Bosley fue mi primera opción. Tienen buena reputación y muy buenas críticas.
Este es el comienzo de la recuperación de mi confianza y de mi vida... Recuperar mi pelo no tuvo precio.
La experiencia posterior al trasplante capilar me ha cambiado la vida. Me siento más segura simplemente caminando por la calle. Me ha quitado el estrés y las preocupaciones. No me había dado cuenta del problema que suponía [la caída del cabello] hasta que por fin desapareció.

From the moment I walked through the door to reception, my visit to Bosley was professional, courteous and very informative. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to ‘sign up’. Rather, the information, options and possible outcomes were so well detailed that I was pretty much sold before I even knew the financial details. Once we discussed these, I had made my decision before ‘the close’ even came up. I met briefly with Carmen who was excellent and also Dr. Burgos who gave me a very confident assessment of what can be done. However most of my time was spent with Sheena as my consultant. Sheena is a great listener. We addressed the areas of my scalp that I wanted to focus on. We looked at and discussed the options. We arrived at plan that was pretty much what I had in my mind before I walked through the door. So, special thanks to Sheena! I’m looking forward to ‘procedure day’ in a couple of weeks!

Joy was so wonderful! She made the process simple and easy to understand with full transparency on what to expect for my boyfriend’s situation. She didn’t rush us, answered all of our questions and provided multiple options. The surgeon also came in to answer even more questions and helped us understand our timeline. Will be back soon!!

Very clean office, Carmen very nice, made me feel right at home took me right in. Spent and hour with JOY SMALL, She went over every option, answered all of my question, showed me all of the photos of past satisfied customers. All of the associates should be so knowledgeable, and patience as Joy Small. Now should I have any further questions I know who to contact, thanks JOY. 🙏⚘️

Although there are less expensive options out there we felt using a company as reputable as Bosley was important and I’m so glad we did. They were extremely professional and when I felt I needed a small area added they did this for me with no issues what so ever. Highly recommend.

The staff was exceptional. So attentive and went above and beyond what I expected. Certainly made a nervous situation significantly easy and more pleasant! The first three photos are before and the last is after 1years
