Bosley - Restauración y Trasplante Capilar - Boca Raton

This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. We had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM (confirmed by phone earlier that day at 2:00 PM). We even arrived at 3:20 PM to allow time for paperwork. By 3:50 PM, after sitting in the waiting room, someone casually told us the doctor was “busy with a video appointment” and needed 10 more minutes. Ten minutes turned into twenty, then thirty, and after an entire hour of waiting, the staff had the nerve to pressure us into rescheduling. No apology, no accommodation, no respect for the fact that we made the effort to be on time. The message was clear: online patients take priority, and those who show up in person don’t matter. The doctor apparently can’t end a video call when time is up, and offer another time for the video later, but instead pushes back everyone else’s schedule indefinitely. This was my husband’s birthday, and instead of being seen on time, we were left waiting with zero communication and no solution offered. Extremely poor management, no respect for patients’ time, and no sense of responsibility. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience. Everyone was so nice and understanding, and knowledgeable during the procedure. I have long hair in a pony tail and they completed the procedure, and no one can tell. The days after the nurse's station were there to answer all my questions. I live in New England, it was worth the trip. Great JOB by all.
