All our questions were answered and many before we asked! Nicole was so kind, clear, thoroughly informative and reassuring. It came as a surprise that the procedure would be performed by a doctor rather than a tech. (And that Dr. Phipps had had her own show on TLC called "Bad Hair Day"!) All our concerns were addressed and we feel very confident with the professionals involved in every step.
