The staff is very friendly and professional. The day of the procedure they explained what was going to happen and what to expect afterwards. What stood out to me was how engaging and friendly everyone in the office was the day of the procedure. Afterwards they called to see how I was doing and answered all my questions. I was very impressed! Highly recommend going to Bosley in Dallas.

I received my hair transplant one week ago. From the moment I met with Trey, I knew that i was in good hands. I was made to feel comfortable when discussing my hair loss, which can be a very sensitive issue for me. I knew that day, that Bosley would be doing my procedure. I am 64 and had been slowly receding and having hair loss of hair on the top of my head. I decided on the FUE treatment with a side shave only. When i met with Dr. Kilgore, she was very open to listening to my concerns and we made a game plan to the design of my hair placement. Laura made sure that any medical information was gathered and was very thorough on my instructions for the procedure. The day of surgery the full staff made me feel incredibly welcome and almost like a family member. I knew immediately that i going to receive expert care and service. The procedure was seamless and relatively painless. I felt special and cannot say enough about Dr. Kilgore and her full staff. I have received calls and texts from the team since my surgery to make sure that everything is going well. I am excited and am looking forward to the future to see my results. This is something that i should have done years ago. Bosley has helped to make a positive difference in my life and i am forever grateful!!!
