My wife was concerned with Hair loss. I wasn’t convinced. We had a chance to meet with Joy Small at Bosley. She did a great job looking at her hair and history and provided best solutions based on her situation which wasn’t concerning. We loved the way she explained the options with honesty and no pressure. I would recommend visiting with Joy if you have any concern with hair loss.

From the start, I said I would never use this company. When I was supposed to have a consult they were a no show, when they were supposed to make it up they never did, when they were supposed to call they didn't, then I got in touch with Kristi and Joy. They are amazing to speak to and work with. A genuine personality and humor with them that made me forget about the poor representation prior. Joy was patient and if I needed to take 4 hours to ask questions she would have still been there. I have done sales and representation for companies and she honestly could teach me things. Definitely keep this one because she got you my business.
