Yes, the team i had was wonderful. Dr. Brodisky, was a complete professional, ethical and explain the process every step of the way. She made it her duty for me to feel as comfortable as possible and if I needed anything to not hesitate. The PA Michael, was hilarious he made the environment very relaxing while keeping me comfortable at ease throughout the procedure. The rest of the team, MA Daisy, Zadia and Feleeza. Were nothing short of remarkable, I felt complete trust through due to their professional and confidence. They also ensure that I felt comfortable and relax throughout the process. The team in total, created a relaxing atmosphere and a vibe that couldn't be duplicated. Thank you again.

I had 3 HTs with Dr. Cohen and spent >$35k Pros: they can make a hair transplant without severe overharvesting (but I had to do SMP anyway to hide minor scarring), great treatment during the procedure, 0% financing plan. Cons: low density-I still can’t grow my hair and need to keep it short, may need to conclude later. I have a bold patch right behind the front line which looks a little unnatural . Obvious different quality of work by different technicians- my right side of the head has some missing and unnaturally high density areas when left side is done well. Post operation guidance is poor-after first procedure they told me that I can wear a hat, when it’s forbidden to touch head at all for a week to get good result. After 3rd HT the result was barely visible - maybe they transplanted fewer grafts than they told me. In general, it looks better than before. My friend only told me that they only did well the front line when my back is still bald. I believe it’s better to go to Turkey for HT - quality of services in the US is so-so in general.

The staff, which included, John, Denise, Wendy and Patricia were absolutely amazing. Kind, considerate, and patient during a long 9 hour procedure. Although the following statement is clichè; the staff really does make you feel like family. This high level of quality care is not encountered often in this pragmatic society we live in and it is the measuring stick tantamount to the success of a company's future. Dr. Cohen and the staff who cared for me should be rewarded commensurate with the exceptional quality of care they provided.
