Everyone was kind & made the procedure as easy as possible. Very little pain involved

Dr. Phipps and her entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very kind friendly and completed the hair restoration with very little discomfort. I would greatly recommend having this procedure done if you’re dissatisfied with your hair loss .

Extremely professional team, the office feel premium and the intake staff and facilities make it easy.
I would say that having an onsite professional barber and separate hair cutting area would elevate the experience even more.
Our hair is so important to us men and having someone professional work on your hair to help keep much as possible would be well worth the add it all cost in my opinion.
Dr Phipps did a good job but this is only a small suggestion. It can be a stressful experience for me to completely buzz their hair and this could ease that for the patient.
I’d only add the feeling of hair everywhere or in the same place you’re having surgery isn’t ideal. Not that I felt that it was unclean but a separate room, a professional cut and shampoo would elevate the experience.
It would be more like a spa treatment atmosphere. Versus a buzz cut in what feels a dentist chair with hair everywhere.

What are you waiting for? If you're researching Bosley you know there's a need. Don't worry about; what procedure, what process, what medication, how much its going to cost, how long for this and how long for that? Leave it to the professionals. Dr Phipps and her amazing Team in the Raleigh, North Carolina office are patient, caring, personal and understanding. I appreciate Nick taking the time to answer ALL my questions during my FREE consultation. Oops did I say ALL my questions? On my way home, I managed to think of about 30 more questions and WHAT IF's. I called the 1-800 number because I forgot Nick gave me his direct office and cell number. Nick the Counselor called me back and resumed answering my questions. He never pressured me into making a commitment. He was simply there to educate me on the process and guide me when needed. Thanks Again, Nick!
Long story short, I was walking into Bosley to have my transplant procedure a week after my consultation.
What??? Behind the scenes team was well diverse!!! I LOVE IT!!! I was shocked in a good way! Having served our country, I had to make a lot of adjustments and learn to live with different cultures. I have a lot of love and respect for companies that represents the melting pot of what America actually looks like. When I saw someone that looks like me and speak country like me, my nerves immediately subsided and I instantly became comfortable. Cameron you rock! Thanks for treating me like family and not a number. Shout Out to Nurse Holly, for not just throwing medicine at me... she always asked if I needed pain meds before assuming that I needed them. She took her time to go over brand names and generic names of the the meds that were offered... I'm a little extra, I like to know what I'm putting in my body and why I'm putting it in my body. I simply hate taking meds. Brionna, Tay, Kenisha and Brandy yall are simply God sent. Bosley NEEDS each of you individually and collectively. Dr Phipps team works well together. The level of communication supersedes any/all specialty clinics that I have ever visited as a patient. This team of well experienced professionals laughs and sing together. Matter of Fact if you all read my review send me a Christmas Party invite... PLEASE! I bet they can dance together, as well. Front desk lady, please forgive me for forgetting your name. Your smile, the way you greeted me on my consultation day then again on my procedure will always be remembered. You are the reason why I recommend my friends and family to come to Bosley. Dr Phipps is the G.O.A.T of hair restoration! May God continue to direct your hands as you place the grafts precisely in each of your patient head! I am satisfied and very confident with my new Hairline!

Doctor Phipps will set you up for success but you have to listen to her for it to work.
