Our office is located within the REGUS Business Center on the 2nd floor of the Sandy Office Park. Enter from the main doors, take any elevator to the left of the main doors to the 2nd floor. If you cannot reach anyone at the front desk once you’re on the 2nd floor, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.

I was extremely satisfied with Megan Green and her knowledge and care. I was overly excited to begin a procedure with Bosley; however, when it care time to discuss financial program my excitement dropped. I was willing to pay finically installment plans with fore thought of close to $1000 a month, but you only finiance through credit approval. It saddens me that your limitation on financial options will cause me to look elsewhere.

I thought I was meeting with a Dr. but I met with a sales consultant. Also, not sure why I filled out medical information like what medications and surgeries I had if I was not meeting with a Dr.? I could have and should have done that over video and I didn’t need to fill out medical history for someone not qualified to review it.
