Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. When I came in for my appointment I thought there was some confusion about the pricing and policies.
Rani did an outstanding job of working through each issue. She listened closely to my concerns, made sure she understood what I was saying and offered thoughtful solutions. She set me at ease with her professionalism and empathy. She is a great asset to your business.
The Doctor and his technicians were nice to work with as well. I would recommend this Bosley office to anyone considering this procedure.
