I had done a lot of research prior to deciding to go with Bosley Hair Restoration. Regardless of all the information out there, it’s really come down to myself and I have to admit I was nervous about the surgery but the staffs are very attentive and supportive. I had never this kind of procedure done before so yes, does matter how much research and analysis I did, there is still a question of uncertainty. For me, I had come to term with my decision as this is something I want to do for myself. Staffs are Fantastic and they always listen and check on you during the entire process, making sure you’re comfortable and making sure you’re not experiencing any pain. They are always assuring the process goes smoothly and even after they even updated me on how well the process turned out.

I really appreciate the level of care given by Dr. Lee and the whole Bosley surgical staff during my FUE procedure. The team ensured that it was a painless and comfortable experience. It was very apparent that they take pride in their work and care about their patient's wellbeing.

My experience even before the surgery was great. Brenda (reception) is absolutely there to make sure everything is in order and that you understand the process. Stephanie (sales rep) met me at the Portland satellite office to go through initial pricing and options. She answered ALL of my many questions and facilitated everything. She’s amazing. Dr. Lee (surgeon) is a no nonsense kind of guy who is more of an aesthetician to the work. He explained everything that would work with my face and current hair line shape. The medical staff were some of the friendliest people in Seattle and chit chatted with me all day to take my mind off of the procedure. Between the TV and amazing view of Seattle out the window, I was almost unaware of the surgery. The most pain I felt was the blood draw. They really make sure you are comfortable. I am 24 hours post surgery and have zero pain or swelling. They give you EVERYTHING you are going to need at home. Yes, it is more expensive than Turkey but you’re paying for homeland comfort and service. If I need any touch ups or end up loosing more hair with age I will be back to their Seattle location. It’s great.

The whole staff went out of their way to ensure I was accommodated with all my needs and more.

I wouldn't go to Bosley in Seattle way over charge you and mine came to 14000 18 months later most of fell out they were so cheap with the antibiotics they gave one pill said I be alright well had to go to the hospital in Spokane about 5 times for 6 months I had a infection on my scalp the doctor was rude then when I ask to fix it there a garantee they said yea they wanted 7000 more to fix there mistakes I tried to work with corporate that was useless told me to settle with them in Seattle again Doctor talk how good of a job they did there not. Good u go there u pay lots of money and u be sorry I recommend u go to different hair transplant Doctor Bosley a joke don't garantee it they want more money to make it worse I feel like I was scam Distable veteran too 64 years old at time of the transplant now 66 no hair I look worse then when first went there I ask for refund told me no way I'm not giving back the money I say that Bosley don't keep there garantee and they give u the runaround then they won't help u they just want your money they don't care what happens to u beware they can't be trusted

Really enjoyed my visit. The doctor and the nursing staff were very welcoming and made me feel important. Really great group of staff and professional

I might need a little touch up, but I like the way it’s growing.
