Our office is located within the REGUS Business Center on the 2nd floor of BUILDING 2 in the CityPlace Office Park . Enter from the front, take any elevator to the 2nd floor, then turn left. If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you cannot reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.
