They sent someone over to my hotel to get me because I didn’t have a car and that was a really nice thing. I had trouble finding the office the first time so I’m glad they sent a driver. It helped me so much!

They are a scam. Paid $12 000 dollars, 3 years later, I’m back to where I started before procedure. Do not waste your money!

It’s been my second visit to Kansas City Bosley office. 3 years ago, I paid $12 000 for 2400 grafts and the result three years later is the same as the preprocedure. I returned yesterday and they pit on 600 grafts. The staff who put on the harvested grafts are not medical staff. Their presentation is so shaggy with street negletful clothing. You don’t feel like you are in a medical facility.
Very disappointed and will discourage anyone considering Bosley.

My forehead is swollen. The numb vaccines were very painful this time. I guess that is the reason why my forehead is swollen completely. The other 2 procedures that i took before were not like this

PLEASE READ before going to this Bosley‘s. It’ll be two years this coming March and my results have been extremely dissatisfying. Half of the hair that was transplanted never grew and every time I made contact with this office they just kept telling me that it’s going to take more time for the new hair to grow in. I ended up going and getting a consultation in Florida at a completely different Bosley’s and finally got some answers. They told me at that time when I went, that the hair was not going to grow and would have to get another procedure. On another note, I had someone read my review and actually found me on Facebook and asked me how my procedure went. I was honest with them and told them I was extremely unhappy and would consider going to a different Bosley’s. He actually told me that he heard from multiple other people the exact same thing I told him. And now I have to go through another procedure and also pay more money. I’ve wanted to write this post for the last year, but put it off, hoping that my hair would grow, but after meeting with the other Bosley’s, I needed to say something. The below comment is what I wrote immediately after the procedure. Boy was I wrong. The whole experience was incredible. I felt like a rock star cause they had 12 people there working just for me. They were accommodating and anything I needed, someone was right there. The whole process went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and can’t wait for my new hair. I would absolutely recommend Bosleys, I did a lot of research and this place made me feel so incredibly comfortable.
