I had an fut done today and the experience was great! The staff was so friendly, thorough and great to work with. I have had one other hair transplant when I was 22 in Florida and these guys rock! Thanks everyone for being so great and kind to me for the day it truly is a great company ran by great people

Seemed like perhaps a there is a dichotomy of working hours among technicians which kinda made me sad/feel less confident. One technician kind of annoyed me a little bit. Others made me feel more at home and reassured. Everyone was pleasant and professional enough though.

The state was amazing! They were all so friendly and welcoming and made my entire experience from start to finish so pleasurable. Dr. Lee was also very thoughtful his follow-up post surgery to see how I was doing, going as far as to reach out that night by phone and check in on me. They are all so great!
