Conozco Bosley desde siempre porque existe desde hace décadas... Debería haberlo hecho hace mucho tiempo. No sé por qué no lo hice. Creo que tenía miedo. The staff was very attentive to keeping me comfortable the entire time. Dr Krenitsky is one of the best in the hair restoration business. I would 100% recommend Bosley to my friends if they needed professional help with their hair.

The whole team has been amazing from my initial consultation through my 10 month follow up. I’m also impressed that everyone I’ve worked actually remembers me from my previous visits…not just my name and face but actual details of my life. It lets you know you and your outcome from the hair transplants are more than another statistic.

Just wanted to update everyone on this email them weeks ago after they asked me to email them and concern to my visit. I was never responded to my email phone or anything Went in for my after consultation took off a word drove two hours there and two hours home. I am not happy or satisfied with the results went all the way up there to have them tell me it looks great and they weren’t gonna do anything for a unsatisfied customer. I’ve emailed you like you asked no response Still no response

After texting my assigned consultant in which I asked for directions after using exit 17A off I-270, I got misguided for about 45 minutes before finding the Bosley location. Also, I was not told by the consultant that the desired result would take about 3 months or more to be seen. Also, my primary doctor, I-care, or a plastic surgeon are not willing to remove my sutures so I made an appointment to return to the Bosley location. However, the procedure went a little better than I anticipated and the staff was quite professional. There has been little pain or itching since the procedure and I am looking forward to fine long-term results.

Greg was nice. Website pricing was not transparent and is arguably downright misleading. Website said average cost is $4,400 to $12,000. Pricing sheet Greg gave me for FUE ranged from $10,600 to $26,500. The website needs to clearly list the pricing for these procedures. Had I known the true cost in advance, I would have never scheduled an appointment..

The person hung up on me when I said it was too much money - they were also 10 minutes late due to the previous meeting running over. Overall, very frustrating & id like to be removed from all mailers / marketing / etc
