This is my second procedure for both procedures the office staff was very kind professional and made me feel very comfortable The doctor is super friendly and easy to talk to as well as his staff very easy to have normal simple chatter with them which made me feel really comfortable although I was kind of quiet on my second procedure, but not on my first answer every question I asked without hesitation during my procedure After both procedures I left the office feeling like I had an enjoyable experience with all staff members I came in contact with I feel a lot of love for the doctor and his staff thanks for asking

Had a very pleasurable experience at this place the doctor and staff are very kind considerate and easy to talk to they will answer any question without hesitation I'm just waiting on the outcome of my second procedure so far all is excellent

After some research and careful planning I decided to drive 8 hours through the busy Chicago loop and two states to Bosley in Columbus Ohio to have my hair restoration needs met I arrived at Bosley and was greeted by Bosely staff. I then was greeted by Dr. Gabe Krenitsky. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns Before I arrived at Bosley I have to admit I was still a little skeptical thinking am I making the right decision? After meeting Dr Krenitsky and his support staff I knew I made the right decision. Everyone from Dr Krenitsky, his nurse, and support staff treated me with great care and professionalism. I have to say it’s hard these days to find in the workplace a staff that works well together but has great skill set!!

Have already had 3 procedures in past several yrs. All have been very good, surgeon and staff excellent. Love ❤️ them and would always recommend them, but I did have to travel about 4 hrs to obtain the procedure because I trust this surgeon who has done all my procedures.
