INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Highly recommend. I wish I could give this review more than five stars. Just a quick background on my situation. I went to a completely different Bosley location almost 2 years ago and the experience during and after the procedure wasn’t what I expected. Long story, short, the procedure did not work. I heard great things about this Bosleys and the doctor so I went in for a consult and that’s when I met everyone. Where do I even start. From the beginning Patrick was amazing. He was my first point of contact and helped from the beginning till I walked out the door once done. I was able to text him the months prior with any questions I had and he immediately would respond. He even messaged me back when he was on a family vacation. The true rockstars of the whole operation are the ladies who help Dr. Rodillo. Megan who did the extracting of hair from my donor spot was INCREDIBLE. The numbing was minimal pain and she just knocked the whole process out of the park. Nikki and Atty (techs who transplanted the hair) were amazing. I never felt uneasy at any point and Atty kept it entertaining for sure lol. Atty from the beginning of it all to the washing of my hair the next day, she was special. I felt at ease with her and we were constantly laughing. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rodillo Even walked me to my truck making sure I was safe and also called me that evening to check in on me. I’ve been smiling from ear to ear since I left. Thank you so much to everyone at the office.

Everyone at the Bosley Orlando location was so nice and helpful. I had my FUT donor cut stitches removed as well as a PRP session. All my questions were answered and they made me feel as comfortable as possible for the procedures. Will be headed back for my next PRP session in a month or so :)
