Meghan is also fantastic the extraction of my donor grafts was seamless and she has great bedside manners. Keep her !
Nikki and Sophia performed seamlessly and were very dedicated to their craft. I’m very happy. Keep them both !!

Patrick was fantastic and answered all my questions. The whole team from the front desk to the nurses were amazing. The only thing I would add is maybe clarifying some of the aftercare things like the hourly spray. It wasn’t a big deal, but I did end up having to take off of work because it just was not doable otherwise.

The staff was very professional and engaging. Doctor Rodillo excellent Sergent with a great personality. And great stories!😁. I also work in the medical field and I know when I see a great team. The one suggestion I would make to Bosley, to give the patience more sitting or laying down options when having a surgical procedure . Especially if it happens to be a 12 hour day, Everyone is built differently.

So I wanted to write this review for anyone that is debating or is skeptical of this bosley location! I am not being paid to say this, this is my genuine opinion and experience! My consolation was handled over the phone and by video chat! Leslie was who I talked to and she works with you and makes sure that if there is a problem your aware and already comes with a solution! On top of that she was extremely confident and knew exactly what I needed, not to mention her explanation of the process was top notch! She definitely got a 5 star rating in my book!! The clinic is extremely clean and has absolutely stunning architecture they are #1 for a reason will just say that now! I had an appointment 02/18/2026 and I will say that walking in I was extremely nervous but I have to shout out the clinical staff and the receptionist that were extremely caring and attentive offering snacks and refreshments while I was waiting for my appointment to start! Patrick was energetic and very knowledgeable on any and all questions I had and really makes an effort to get to know you and is extremely polite! Getting into the surgery Dr Rodillo and his team did an absolutely amazing job he was professional, attentive, and genuinely does care about his patients! Even taking the time to make sure I made it home safely and even walked me outside to the car! His team were the greatest most caring, knowledgeable, and charismatic group of medical professionals I have ever had and it was an honor to have them help me through my hair journey and I would definitely go back! I trust them 100%! To make a long story short if you are genuinely concerned or nervous about bosley or even this location DON’T BE if I could rate them higher I would! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!

I'm just not sure how after 3 procedures I still don't have the density I see in the ads. I know someone who had much more missing hair who went to a different practice and had great density after one procedure. I know everyone is different but it's odd.
