Airfare Value Program
If you fly to a Bosley Regional Office and have a procedure during that same trip, Bosley will reimburse your airfare expense in the form of additional grafts. If you are traveling domestically (United States including Alaska and Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Bermuda), you will receive 50 additional grafts. If you are traveling internationally (Central America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and all other locations), you will receive 100 additional grafts.
You qualify if:
1) You live more than 100 miles from the Bosley Regional office nearest you and fly to that office for your procedure (Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Boca Raton, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Richmond, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Seattle, Troy or Virginia Beach).
2) The Bosley doctor determines that you are a suitable candidate for hair restoration and you have a procedure performed at Bosley during the same trip.
3) You bring your round-trip plane ticket and valid driver's license with you to Bosley. YOU MUST HAVE BOTH DOCUMENTS WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF THE PROCEDURE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE AIRFARE VALUE PROGRAM. For each subsequent fly-in visit you make to the Bosley Surgical Office nearest you during which you have a procedure performed, the same offer applies. Please note that this airfare value program applies to commercial airfares only and to no other form of transportation. Travel by private plane or for consultation only is not eligible for this program. We do accept tickets paid by frequent flyer miles.
This offer is not valid for Canadian patients flying into any of our Regional Surgical Offices. This offer applies to all subsequent procedures.
