All staff members were professional and answered all my questions. They were responsive to any pain that I felt through the whole process. They were great about bathroom and refreshment breaks.

Peri Cohen was my specialist and she was both professional and thorough.

Everyone was really nice , my real rating will depend on how my hair looks in a few months, it does cost a good amount of money and recovery and pain are involved, but if hair comes back in it will be worth it,, time will tell..

Good treatment

Pictures of the spot where I received my transplant on my scalp were taken during my last visit, and I was told that those pictures would be reviewed by a team in Raleigh. I have not been contacted ever since and I would like to know if there is anything I need to do.
