“Well, I came in, sat down with a counselor, he took a good look at my hair loss, and I explained to him what I wanted to see happen. He explained to me what Bosley can typically do. He made me feel comfortable, which was important because I was self-conscious. I was nervous. My biggest worry was whether or not something like this was going to be the right fit.
