The process was good and the staff was professional and seemed well equipped. My only feedback is that was left with a very questionable haircut amd I’m advised not to visit a barber for 2 weeks. There is a very clear, distinct, and jagged line between where they trimmed for the donor area and my existing here. This should have been properly blended but the staff said they were not barbers when I asked. It looks like I lost a fight with a lawnmower and truthfully is something I wasn’t to hide more than the donor area or grafts.

I was scammed out of a treatment

My experience was good however I was not told that I would be bleeding continuously for several hours. For several hours I had blood dripping off my head and onto my face and in my ears and in my eyes. The nurses never wiped off the blood even after I commented on it. I had to continuously ask for paper towels bc there was blood everywhere dripping from my head. They expected to leave it initially. It wasn’t until I kept speaking up that they wiped the blood out of ears and eyes. It was nonstop bleeding for hours and then days later I had blood on my furniture. Their service was very professional and kind. I just wasn’t expecting to that degree.
