Our office is located within the HQ Business Center on the 9th floor of the Montlimar Place Office Park. Enter from either side of the building, take any elevator to the 9th floor, then turn left. If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you cannot reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.

I believe that you dont get a second chance to make a first impression! That being said, my consultant, Ms. Jennifer, met me with a smile, a greeting and a pleasant attitude.
