Start to finish, exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming even from the very front with Laura as soon as you walk in. Trey in the consultation was clear about the entire process to the point I couldn't even think of any questions to ask. Dr. Kilgore was as friendly and professional as you could ever want a doctor to be. Denise, Daniel, and the rest of the staff were a true pleasure to work with. They want you to be as comfortable as possible, and it shows. Pain levels - virtually non existent even through the healing process (I fell asleep during the actual procedure, if you are questioning how bad it will hurt). Top notch service - whatever your expectations are, its better than that. Can't recommend enough. I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank individually. Thanks for helping me get my confidence back!

From the moment I walked through the door to reception, my visit to Bosley was professional, courteous and very informative. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to ‘sign up’. Rather, the information, options and possible outcomes were so well detailed that I was pretty much sold before I even knew the financial details. Once we discussed these, I had made my decision before ‘the close’ even came up. I met briefly with Carmen who was excellent and also Dr. Burgos who gave me a very confident assessment of what can be done. However most of my time was spent with Sheena as my consultant. Sheena is a great listener. We addressed the areas of my scalp that I wanted to focus on. We looked at and discussed the options. We arrived at plan that was pretty much what I had in my mind before I walked through the door. So, special thanks to Sheena! I’m looking forward to ‘procedure day’ in a couple of weeks!

After years of contemplating whether to undergo hair restoration for my self and questioning its appropriateness, I can confidently say that I have no regrets. Initially, I was apprehensive about the procedure, but now, I am filled with immense happiness for having made the decision. There was a point in my life recently where I felt my life was over at such an early age. I was depressed, antisocial, started cutting happiness and enjoyment out of my life because of my insecurities and body dysmorphia. Male pattern Baldness (Alopecia Areata) occurs on my dad’s side of the family and unfortunately for me, I had started experiencing it in my early 20s. Bosley quite literally changed my life. I thought I was going to have to live out the rest of my life unattractive, bitter and resentful towards life for allowing this to occur, but with the proper treatment and maintenance, I can safely say, I would recommend Bosley to anyone and everyone. I met with my representative Dave and he was truly influential in helping alleviate any doubts or concerns with the process. He is a great ally and friend during the entire pre and post care. It’s not a scam, but it will cost you some $ if you’re that concerned with your issues and I assure you in the end it will be a worthwhile investment. God bless everyone who reads this and Bosley.
