Everyone was great! Only thing: The doctor kept calling me Jenn, the wrong name. And I was sent home with Jennifer's meds (not my name). But it was the same medicine and qty they said I would get so I think its not that big of a deal.

The only thing I didn't like, was the chairs. When sitting there for 10 hours my back and butt were so sore. Other than that, staff was amazing and comfortable to be around. Everyone was firendly, knowledgeable and very generous. Highly recommend.

She explained to me in detail what to expect as well as showing content of the work that was created by the company Bosley. I’m sure I will be with the right Doctor that will assist me with my eyebrow journey! Highly recommend.
