GOOD NEES: your surgical team and faculty were remarkable and I commend their work.
The bad news:
This possibly effects every patient….this has been triple and quadruple checked with your staff at the surgical facility in Boca….
I did not receive in writing email nor text message the address of the facility.
Several communications speak of the time but not a single one listed a location. My arrival at the correct was ONLY do to remembering a tidbit from the sales monologue I sat through. I reviewed every email and text and then did so again with staff on site. They were quite surprised at this failure.
Personally: As impressed as I was with the surgical team, my sales consultant out of New York named Carolina was far less impressive. While she’s incredibly intelligent and well read on the subject matter, she lacked a level of “customer service” / empathy / respect that one might hope for. Her sales are the result of good branding, not of good service.
Easy solution: show her this email and tell her you’re considering redirecting her commission check to the branding team. (You won’t. That would be illegal as she’s earned it. But she’ll realize and change her delivery).
Arriving late to the scheduled meeting and delving directly into an incredibly well rehearsed monologue (99 percent.of which could have been skipped by asking a basic question or two…). A half hour later, after being chided for rolling my eyes as she droned on about a bevy of surgical procedures I wasn’t remotely interested in, I was able to ask three questions. How much are “plug” packages and whats the recovery window, and how soon can I schedule;
Easy sales call right ? Nope.
After a lengthy response where my patience was tested, I basically demanded that she please state the answers in as few words as possible in a sign of respect for my time. Ultimately, as time ran short, I came away with no true understanding of the procedure I was paying 15000 dollars for.
Furthermore, in an effort to compel me to book, she blatantly misrepresented recovery times so poorly that the doctor laughed at me when the same question was posed to him on the morning of the procedure. Having cleared to work remotely in January and February to allow for recovery and privacy, rescheduling this would have created significant blowback and thus I proceeded as scheduled.
I remain cross with her (and by extension the brand as a whole).
As a result of her misrepresentation, I expect a great deal of embarrassment come my formal event in march and ridicule for years to come for my appearance. Were she honest and told me scheduling immediately wouldn’t allow for sufficient recovery times, I would have scheduled my remote work window for march April.….. but she might not have received the commission before Christmas….
Teams of people work tireless pumping tens of millions into branding and advertising just to get me on that call. Her attitude shows a significant level of disrespect for those efforts.
Ultimately: I booked solely on the trust I have in the brand even though she did her best to undermine that confidence in our call.
Her sales are the result of good branding and not good salesmanship. She knows this and that’s why she’s become empathetic.

The staff, office manager, and Dr Burgos were very kind. I felt like I was in good hands. Glad I ended up in the Boca Raton office. I was a bit nervous but they made me feel at ease.

Staff is thorough, professional and very accommodating. They ensure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. Facility is clean and well maintained. Procedure went smoothly and there was gradual, but noticeable improvement in the scalp within 1-2 weeks post surgery. You will experience some numbness but that is due to the type of nerves in the scalp. The donor area remains sensitive and takes a little more time to heal but by 3-4 weeks it’s back to normal. Now just waiting for the hair to grow in. I would highly recommend this facility.
