From the moment I walked through the door to reception, my visit to Bosley was professional, courteous and very informative. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to ‘sign up’. Rather, the information, options and possible outcomes were so well detailed that I was pretty much sold before I even knew the financial details. Once we discussed these, I had made my decision before ‘the close’ even came up. I met briefly with Carmen who was excellent and also Dr. Burgos who gave me a very confident assessment of what can be done. However most of my time was spent with Sheena as my consultant. Sheena is a great listener. We addressed the areas of my scalp that I wanted to focus on. We looked at and discussed the options. We arrived at plan that was pretty much what I had in my mind before I walked through the door. So, special thanks to Sheena! I’m looking forward to ‘procedure day’ in a couple of weeks!

First, I am a repeat client. My initial restoration was done 15 years ago. All of that hair is still in place. Now some of my natural hair has thinned further leaving me with thin areas at the sides and a slightly more receding up front - except what was added last time!
So I decided to call Bosley. I didn’t state my name or that I was a repeat customer for a few minutes. It didn’t matter. I got the ‘red carpet’ reception from the word go. Every step of the way - from initial call to my meeting with my consultant to my appointment day to my day after ‘first shampoo’ - I honestly felt like I was Bosley’s ONLY customer! I must have been taken care of by 6 or 7 wonderful people. Everyone was extremely helpful, informative, attentive and when it allowed, all were fun to be around!
Thank you all. Can’t wait to see the ‘before & after’ just about a year from now! Cheers to you all!

5 Star experience! Thanks so much to Carmen to Dr Burgos my consultant Greg and Donna and Julien the entire team at Bosley Boca location! They made me feel very good and they did an amazing job on my hair transplant. This is an excellent team that is very professional but also very comforting and family like. I’m very happy with the procedure and looking forward to the future and coming back for my follow up! I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended! Tyler

Could have given 0/5. Did my hair transplant in 2016, costing 12 k . And followed all instructions given by Dr. But results were horrible. Here are some of the issues I found : 1. Dr never bothered to opine or consult which portion of head should be best to cover with new hair. 2. Very poor followup consultation (carefree attitude after procedure is done) 3. Very poor results ( even after diligently following up on all recommendations) Some of the good aspects: 1.The (FUT) procedure was of lesser pain. 2. Friendly stuff Sometimes I feel like suing them as they never fulfilled the promises.
