She explained to me in detail what to expect as well as showing content of the work that was created by the company Bosley. I’m sure I will be with the right Doctor that will assist me with my eyebrow journey! Highly recommend.

The staff were so kind and very accommodating to my needs. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. Everything was great except for disparities between the doctor and the salesperson at my in person consult. The surgeon was excellent, attentive and provided a welcome conservative approach to my situation. His many years of experience and his demeanor were very reassuring to me. The salesperson was on a completely different wavelength. I get that her job is to well and that perhaps there is commission involved, but I felt very uncomfortable in terms of her pushing hard for more grafts than the surgeon said I needed. In fact I kind of got the impression that she was actually doubting the surgeon’s judgment. Being in the medical field myself I thought that this is not a good look for the clinic. This is a sizeable investment and I know that clients do not appreciate being made to think they are being taken advantage of and “squeezed “ for more money.

Everyone was very helpful and empathetic to my concerns. The pricing is competitive with other hair clinics. The only downside to my experience was the conflicting information I received from the surgeon (who was awesome) and the salesperson at the Chicago clinic. She kept insisting that I needed more grafts than the doctor said I did after my consult. She seemed very aggressive is pushing for a higher number offering no real procedural reasoning for this. Since the surgeon is far more knowledgeable on the subject I took the only reason for this was to squeeze more money out of me to meet a commission goal. This was very off putting and nearly made me walk away without scheduling the procedure. Not a good look for Bosley.
