I was very impressed by location, staff and quality of the office environment. Preop and Postop communication was excellent and ensured I was well informed. ANP Alexis and Dr. Campisi were professional in all ways and made collection from the donor area and transplant of hair shafts to grafted area simple with very little discomfort. It took two consults over 5 years prior to my operation. Hesitation cost me dearly and reduced the number of favorable hair shafts available. So do not stay on the fence as I did. My only disappoint was the distance in which I had to travel. So take the step, you are in good hands.

Everyone was so thorough. Felt very good from the moment I walked in the door on surgery day. Only thing I would say is that Bosley needs to pay for a Pandora subscription so I don’t have to listen to commercials all day while we are listening to music during the procedure. That was annoying.

Dr campisi and alexis waters really spent a lot of time checking and rechecking with me on exactly what specific areas were my priorities to get the best results possible since my hair is very fine and i have lost more than 50% of my hair. Additionally Alexis was very conscientious about my anesthesia and made sure i was numb throughout the day. I slept through most of the procedure!
