Meet Your Local Team

At the end of the day for me, it’s all about does this hair transplant take affect and work. So far, the people at Bosley have been absolutely wonderful, and I don’t say that lightly. The only thing I would add is that, and I think you guys should charge for this is one or two follow up meetings in person 10 days and two or two weeks after to make sure that everything is going properly. Other than that quite honestly, your team is awesome and the way I was treated was really amazing. So as it stands right now, I have no complaints, I just want my hair to grow in properly. It’s really that simple.I hope you guys have a wonderful day Robert Durand.

My experience was outstanding, the doctor and nurses and receptionist were all kind and made sure all my questions were answered and they always asked me how I was doing. My hair transplant is still ongoing, I’m having prp and now I’m using the infra red cap. I am please so far with the results.

The day of was amazing, the staff were incredible and very caring throughout the whole thing.
The before and after experience have ruined this entire procedure for me and I regret getting it. Not only was it completely down played to me, the healing process, the restrictions, the timeline, but I planned in detail with my sales rep how this would work into the calendar prior to a massive life event, now to find out I can’t dye my hair, can’t workout, need to go back for suture removal, this feels like the downplaying was strategic and deceitful to make the sale at this location to ensure my purchase before I moved across country and did this elsewhere. Additionally, my aftercare is very lax. My two packets contain contrasting information, my head has been bleeding out for over a day, and when I called the doctor the reaction was “this is normal”, is this not something you feel important to share? I also drove home with my eyes almost swollen shut when I could have gotten a ride from a loved one and in a hospital gown because I was not made aware I wouldn’t be able to get my shirt back on. I feel there should be a better preprocedure packet so that one can truly understand how this will fit into their life and planning/taking off from work. This is NOT small scabs that can be covered with a baseball hat, and I still would have gotten the procedure just wouldn’t have planned a huge client meeting 5 days later had I had known that. The poor pre and post experience has me extremely anxious and now will taint whatever the results are, which I’m sure will be great considering my doctors were amazing. I would not wish this uneasy experience on anyone and therefore would not recommend Bosley as a whole but applaud the staff as this was no fault of their own.
