Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Sacramento

Sarah Yi is exceptional! Her soft skills and bandwidth, her ability to connect on a deep level should be commended and rewarded.

I'm writing this review on Sarah Yi -- the primary Bosley customer service representative I've worked with over the past couple months. Maybe it's just me, but customer service -- nation-wide -- seems to have "fallen off a cliff" since COVID. Sarah must not have gotten that memo because she is simply the best rep I've ever worked with -- on anything, ever. She knows her stuff, is conscientious, attentive and just-plain-fun to talk to! She actually follows-up on your concerns, digs up the answers to your more obscure questions and leaves you feeling confident in the decisions that result. Bosley is truly fortunate to have her: she was definitely the deciding factor that brought me through their door!

Thank you Sarah Yi for outstanding support! I appreciate regional management provided and look forward in 4-7 months to a start of big hair days '80's style! Similar to landscaping growth gone wild with all the rain and sun this spring!

Well I had to edit reviews because after six months I'm actually not seeing the results I'd expected, I wrote the original review in good faith that things would work out but my hair still actually looks the same as it did the day I walked into their office. I'm going to contact them and see what they can do or I'll have to take legal action. So be careful if you thinking about choosing bosley Really great experience from the beginning, I really appreciate all the staff who assisted me, thank you Sarah ye for working with me to accomplish this goal. I recommend this service to anyone who's been thinking about it. Go get it done....

A year ago I initially got in contact with Sarah Yi, she was very clear with me about their products because at the time that’s all I was interested in. I ended up buying one of the laser caps which showed significant improvement on my crown in just 4/5 months of use. I still had a receding hairline however, Sarah and I stayed in contact throughout the months about my hair progress so she let me know I could always do a hair transplant. Best decision I made, they have plans that will suit your financial situation and let me be very clear, It’s only been two weeks and this was my first ever surgery and they took great care of me. I am located in the Indianapolis area so my Doctor was Dr: Krenitsky. They ordered me lunch, were very thorough throughout the entire operation about what was getting done, and him and the nurses were super kind. They give you an awesome kit with after care information and products for aftercare. I’ve been in contact with Sarah at least a few times a week since my surgery and she has been the breath of fresh I needed since I noticed my hair loss. I already feel 10x more confident and can’t wait to see what the next year has to offer!
