The crew that assisted me was very professionals to say the least. Everything went according to plan. It was near perfect. The only one thing that was wrong was my lunch sandwich order. This can be overlooked because I was not going to a hair restoration business to do a blog about correctly made sandwiches. The crew operated like a well oiled machine. One employee told me they have worked at Bosley 20 years. It feels good to go to a business who operates not only well, but at a high level. If you are interested in premier customer care on display, this is a location worth being studied.

Service was succinct, friendly, and they explained what they were doing to keep me informed as the operation was underway. They were understanding when I needed to go to bathroom mid-operation and followed up voluntarily about any pain I might be experiencing.
