Everyone is so nice, and their concern is genuine! They treat you like an individual, and go out of their way to look for treatment options. They won't give up on you!! Very impressed!! Highly recommend!

This was my second treatment at the same clinic, by Dr. Cook. After two treatments here, separated by 15 months, I really feel like this team is family now! I am always so welcomed and comfortable that everyone involved is 100% focused on success and customer satisfaction. And Dr. Cook was fantastic - very quick, precise and confident. After her years in surgery she seems to have found her niche and it shows that her and the team truly enjoy it.

I was back after 15 months for my second (and last) treatment. This second experience was just as positive as the first, in fact more so as I knew what to expect this time around. The Dr and team makes all the difference, and both are fantastic. Dr. Cook is awesome - very fast and precise and professional, as well as understanding and caring about me as a patient. My overall satisfaction is a solid 10! Thank you Dr. Cook, Britany, Tricia and the Bosley team for being so amazing!
