Everybody was great - from the hair counselor to the excellent and dedicated team of Dr. Rodillo at the Maitland clinic. I highly recommended Dr. Rodillo’s team to my brother (who lives in Canada) and after videoconference call with Dr. Rodillo, my brother is rearranging his schedule for a Bosley hair restoration with Dr. Rodillo and his Maitland team.

Yes, everything was explained to the fullest. Doctor Rodillo is a very very good doctor. Very good personality and the staff too. No v ch complaints . I can’t imagine anybody complaining for that matter. Great day ! Treated me like family . John DONROE

I met with Patrick Shelton, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process, went over the costs, and answered all of my questions. I will be setting up an appointment in the near future.

The Orlando doctor is very kind, caring, and compassionate. He belongs as a primary care doctor. My overall review at the one year mark is that 4 of six sections of hair is *perfect*. I told the nice doctor I am not happy with 2 sections and would like the Bosley Guarantee to be honored on a patchy area. He very nicely said, God makes everyone different and I like the way you look, it was done well. I then showed him the patchy areas and told him I wanted to look like his greeting representative who had more than one session. The doc then said I don’t believe in that. I would never work on you no matter how much money it took because I like it. I indicated again I did not and Bosley says in writing if you’re not completely satisfied you can get one session. He again stated he doesn’t care what Bosley says and that I look good. Long story short; he doesn’t belong in the cosmetic world of surgery. He would be very good as a family physician.
