To help us focus, and to ensure success and fortune for all those we touch—our patients, our team members, our shareholders and the members of the communities in which we live—we have forged a set of core values that we use to guide all our actions at Bosley.

1. Our Patients

  • Compensate team members at or above comparative market value
  • Promote from within whenever possible
  • Share company successes with our team
  • Reward performance that is tied to our profit and growth

4. Good Works

We contribute to and show concern for our communities and our environment by:
