Went in for FUE and so far so good. Procedure itself was very minimal pain and very knowledgeable and helpful staff they know how to do it and do it right here, even got out a little early.

Team answered all my questions highly knowledgibly and put me at ease throughout the procedure. The whole thing was virtually painless and I am looking forward now to the results.

The office is quiet and the receptionist greeted me and we introduced ourselves. She was very kind by helping me complete the questionnaire as my fingers are arthritic. I was then met by my representative, Marely promptly on time. She was very friendly and personable. I observed Marely as a professional, with a kind soul. We chatted and laughed, as if we had known each other for years, and my nervousness disappeared. Marely is a mountain of knowledge for Bosley. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was compassionate and polite to me regarding my personal situation. She was very thorough, explaining to me the procedures and what I should expect on the day of my surgery. She showed me demonstrations and broke down my costs for me, and verbally introduced me to the doctor, by letting me know about his 33 years of experience. Marely loves her job and enjoys meeting all of the different people that come to her to learn about Bosley. Ashley was such a wonderful and beautiful person, very professional and knowledgeable which made me sign up and get approved today for my procedure in just a few days from now.
