Tasha was very Informative reviewing details of procedure and overall process. Dr was focused on me and answered questions and reassured me on the items that were important.

My counselor Marely was an angel! She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional helping to assess my hair loss and guiding me towards the proper intervention in order to get my hair back. There is no doubt in my mind that she is one of the most valuable assets to your team! I feel like I can trust Bosley because of the trust I feel with Marley. She was so compassionate to my feelings of insecurity I expressed to her about the overhead lighting at work as well as the sunlight at the beach reflected off my white scalp that should have been covered my hair. Marley accepted my pain when sharing my journey and encouraged me to feel good about my choice for seeking empowerment through intervention with Bosley.
I am looking forward to regaining some self-confidence in myself after 10 years of feeling helpless and depressed knowing my hair would continue to become thinner along the parts of my hair as the years passed by.
Now I am more hopeful than I’ve ever been because I know Bosley is on my side simply because they chose counselor Marley to represent their hair restoration mission for me!

My team was amazing! I had Dr. Lee and a very nice team of 5-6 ladies. They were all very professional and had my well being in mind. I was very nervous going into this, and they not only reassured me about financing options (front desk and consultants were awesome), they were there with me every step of the way. I could not be happier with how today went and am excited to see how the results turn out!
