I had a lot of questions leading up to my surgery and post surgery, and everyone was so accommodating in answering all my questions. A lot of my questions were covered by the material they sent me home with, but I wanted to make sure I understood the material so I would ask them for confirmation that I was understanding it correctly and they were so helpful with all of my questions.

Dr k is awesome .. getting ready to have my 4th procedure and he’s always very helpful.

overallall my experience was very pleasant so far. teally happy about it. here is a little story worth sharing.
i and my wife met sheena late december last year. we were very glad as she ran through all the things we need to know.
then came yesterday, operation day, everyone in the team were excellent, jessica, miguel, ellen, my ap nurse jen, dr. burgos (sorry if a i missed someone's name) .
and today was my post operation session, again dr. burgos provided me the needed informtion about post operation do's and don't.
he guided me about what would happen in the coming weeks.
ms. nostagia took care of my post operation hair wash and directed me with everything i need how to take care of my hair.
last but definitely not the least, many thanks to ms. carmen who welcomes me and my wife with warth smile. she provided the documentation, calendar and everything in-between.
