I had an amazing experience with Dr. Deutsch and the team at Bosley. I had been asking questions through email about the FUE procedure and other options for many months with Khacho, in which he was very helpful answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me, or trying to close and rush me to an appointment. It was clear they were only interested in answering my many questions until I felt comfortable enough with making a decision on my own. The whole process was smooth. from email questions, to consultations. In the end I was very confident with my decision to proceed with the FUE procedure. I was a little nervous on the day of surgery, but I met the team working on me and they were very professional and comforting. The whole procedure was virtually painless for me. After surgery, they took great care in explaining to me the post op care procedures at home and still answering my questions directly by phone or by email with as many follow ups as I need. So far my experience with Bosley is all of the preliminary steps that take place before my actual day of surgery. I cannot speak to you the final results and my satisfaction level quite yet. However, I do want to say, that my intake coordinator, Peri, was exceptional. She is very well informed, she is excellent at her job and she has the perfect personality and style to make the decision to receive hair transplants, much more easy and comfortable. She has been consistent throughout, in her attention to me, and her support regarding my questions and concerns. She helped me come to a financial solution, that seems to work for both Bosley and myself.
