The whole team including Dr. Cohen showed not only professionalism in there craft but a tremendous amount of genuine compassion. Luis , Denise, Wendy, Patty, Zadia. And Desiree were constantly alert and tending to every need. The staff made my experience not only wonderful and pleasant but gave me hope that this world still has people dedicated work and felled with compassion and empathy.

I met virtually with Sarah Yi, Regional Supervisor for Bosley. Sarah has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable in the Bosley hair loss treatments available. Sarah helped me understand the science behind DHT and how Bosley’s hair loss treatment can help me resolve my hair loss issues. Sarah also helped me with the financing process and appointment. She also made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Thank you Sarah!
