I was.not particularly impressed with the personality nor attitude of Dr Tan. I found him to be uncaring, brusque, with bad attitude, and uninterested in me as a patient. He had no personality. I had not met him until the day of the procedure, and if I had met him days before, I may not have had the procedure done. He was described as a “ straight shooter” but I think the more accurate description would be as I have stated above. He seemed to lighten up some during the procedure, but not much.
While I am very satisfied with the final results, I must admit dissatisfaction with Dr Tan the day of the procedure. I would have expected him to be nicer.
There also seems to be a dark clouded feeling of impending doom over the staff. The staff is very quiet, and there seemed to be an air of depression among them. The one bright spot was the nurse who was involved in my procedure and who was extremely nice and caring. I think her name was Cynthia. She was great.
Overall I have had excellent results from the procedure for which I am appreciative, but Dr Tan does need, if possible, some personality improvement.

This will be my four procedure and every aspect of the process including intake is so well done. It keeps me coming back!

The whole staff were wonderful, Dr. Ehrich was a very thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable man. I highly recommend, if you are thinking about this procedure, or grappling with hair-loss that affects your self esteem to go see Dr. Ehrlich.
