I'll be honest, I was nervous going into this. I'd been losing hair for over a decade and kept putting off doing anything about it. I'm glad I finally made the call to Bosley Boston. From the start, Shuntay at the front desk made me feel comfortable. She was warm and always remembered who I was when I called with questions. My consultation with Sarah was really helpful, she is an absolute star btw. She took her time, walked me through everything clearly, and answered all my questions without any pressure. It felt like a genuine conversation. On procedure day, Dr. West had a calm, steady presence that made it easy to trust the process. You can tell he takes his work seriously and cares about the results. Chase, his surgical tech, was right there with him throughout and kept things running smoothly. Diane, my RN, checked on me regularly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. She was attentive and genuinely kind. The graft tech team, Pearl, Josie, and Jenny, deserve a lot of credit. They spent hours carefully processing grafts under microscopes while the procedure was underway. It's precise, detail-oriented work and they clearly take it seriously. Twelve months out, the results have been really good. I look like myself again. If you've been on the fence, it's worth going in for a consultation. Only regret is wishing I did it years ago.

On 3/20/26 I took my mom to the Bosley location in Troy, Michigan. We had no idea how the consultation was going to be. When I say we had the best consultant, Ashley Golden we had the best. Her presentation, service, and education she gave my 92 year old mom was so well received. My mom understood everything Ashley explained to her about her scalp. Ashley is very knowledgeable about her works and she is very professional. She took to my mom in a way that we do not experience that often today with the ways of the world. My mom purchased the helmet and is looking forward to the results to come with her hair. I would recommend Ashley Golden to anyone that's looking for hair restoration or other products to enhance their look. Ashley will get you straight.

Leslie made it easy to understand the steps needed to help with my hair. She explained how long it takes to fix your hair and when it's required to take other actions if multiple methods haven't worked. I'd recommend talking to her to see what works for you.
