Disappointed to have not met Dr Lee during my visit - 2nd appt in a row where he was not available.

Great customer service and care. Great proven treatment the best in the industry.

Everything was very positive from the Doctor to the staff and from the beginning of the procedure to the finish. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating thruout. My only criticism is of the reception/business office not being very private one on one will others are waiting to be seen. I think it should be handled more privately.

I think the team was very professional and courteous. I truly loved the experience from beginning to end. I can’t emphasize enough how smooth everything went. If I were to change one thing about it is just more information prior to getting the surgery about options of potentially needed another one to fully get the results I would have thought of. Regardless every single person I came in contact with was extremely professional. There was one female individual that stuck out she went above and beyond, and her gentleness made me feel at ease I just can’t remember her name.

No thank you I think you did a wonderful job. The only thing they tell me is your hair looks different can I say no? I just watched twice as much anyway. I wanna thank you all and the best😉

The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. It’s a long day, but with Netflix, YouTube, and pandora the time went by quickly.
