My consultation with Cindy Mei was conducted over the phone 2 weeks ago. I'm giving her the highest possible rating. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The consultation was a very positive experience for me and I'm very much looking forward to what will be my 2nd procedure. I'm literally counting the days till March 23rd.

Greg is terrific and Doc is outstanding!! Both are very engaging, and professional. I’ve had three procedures. I called with a concern about my hair growth, and the Doc, without hesitation, took care of me!!

The staff and the doctor were all very friendly and organized. They made it easy to ask questions and make a decision. I was surprised at how expensive the procedure was, but I was not pressured to make a decision on the spot.
