I'm pleased with how anything went. The staff and doctor were very helpful. They honored the guarantee for areas that didn't have good results from a previous procedure. I won't know for sometime how the new grafts will respond.

From my 1st phone call, consultation app, to meeting the staff on the day of my procedure. Everyone was very nice, and very professional. Really made me feel comfortable. And all in all, I thought it was a great experience.

Overall, I had a good experience, Doc was great, staff was great, clean place, very efficient. I do have one recommendation, and that is when the doctor shaves the sides of the head, maybe he or someone else could take an extra couple minutes to fade it up nicely, since we can’t cut our hair for a week, we are stuck with a stupid looking haircut, I think just a little effort and a decent fade would look much better. Also, there are several big discrepancies between Bosley videos posted on YouTube as far as aftercare and meetings versus what I was told at the office.
