Not good with this. I hope the review I just did went through if not first person (Ms Con. ?)no patience (I had no video sound ok) she did something and cut me off. A Second Lady came on (Nicole 1-310-497-2873) Wow fixed the video and was very knowledgeable taking pictures, scanning my head. And explained everything. And not talking down on me as some people do. She was a pleasure to talk to

Please include directions for people or training on how Bosley staff can direct those who go through the surgery & healing process with pre-existing hair. It felt like everything during the process was explained or shown using someone with no hair whatsoever, and I had to figure it out as I went to avoid my already existing long hairs from getting in the way.
