The hospitality is elite. From the consultation Ashiko was so informative and attentive, she made the process run smooth and made it happen the next day. On the day of the procedure my team Mike, Desiree, Maria And Saul were so kind and careful and took their time to delicately place each hair graft in my scalp. I am so grateful and amazed of their professionalism and hospitality. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.

I was a little ansy when I got there but Robin was very caring and pleasant. My anxiety left me almost immediately. She was also very knowledgeable and informative. I am very satisfied with my visit.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for my experience at Bosley in Metairie, Louisiana. From the very first call, Kevin, the receptionist, was so polite and genuine. Jennifer in sales was a delight; we built a beautiful connection. Alexis was the first to medicate me and ensure I stayed comfortable—she kept me calm, spoke with me, and we shared stories and laughs. Later, when I had questions at home, I called Alexis, and she answered right away, so sweet and reassuring, and told me to call if I needed anything else. But it was Dr. Frank P. Campisi himself who stood out—he called me multiple times to check on me, and we had a beautiful, personal conversation. Dr. Campisi’s skill set is extraordinary—he paid close attention to every detail, listened intently to everything we discussed, and fully executed my vision. If anyone takes the time to look up his history, I highly recommend it—his lifelong achievements and his vast experience as a surgeon speak for themselves. But beyond his expertise, he is a kind-hearted, sweet gentleman. The entire staff was amazing—shoutout to all the ladies in the room who sang along—they knew every word, every artist, and kept us all connected through music, along with comfort and laughter as we spent hours together. Even the bathrooms smelled incredible—every detail was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better team or experience. Many blessings in the name of Jesus over Dr. Frank P. Campisi and his family, as well as the entire Bosley team. I’m so thankful and filled with gratitude. I highly recommend this staff.
