Parking
There is metered parking available in Copley Square on St. James Avenue, Newbury Street, Clarendon Street, and other side streets in the neighborhood. You can also park at the Back Bay Garage. Enter the garage at either 199 Clarendon St or 85 St. James Ave, then park on level 2 or 3. Take the Boylston Street elevator to the 1st floor (not the Berkeley St elevator). The garage only accepts credit/debit cards (no cash).

The poor results I have are a testament to the laziness and uncaring nature the surgeon took. I am still in shock thinking back how the procedure went and when I look at the outcomes. Ive had friends go to other clinics in my area who have 10 times better results. Even after the procedure their hair follicles placements looked precise and clean. Mine were messy and had no rhyme or reason. I’m quite disappointed in the outcome.

Staff was great; every team member was courteous and appeared knowledgeable/skilled in their respective fields. The office itself, however, looked tired and worn and did not instill confidence that this facility was truly performing state-of-the-art cosmetic surgical procedures.

Dr. West and Diane are amazing, professional and thoughtful! My eyebrows still need a little tweaking but overall WHAT A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE! My boyfriend said to me well I never wanted to tell you this, but before you had the eyebrow implant, your eyebrows really looked pretty bad (from a couple of. 20-year-old brow tattoos and three microblades.) but wow… what a incredible difference it made with the eyebrow transplant. You just can’t go from a tattoo to actual hair. there’s no words to describe how great they look now. Thank you Dr West and thank you Diane and thank you to the entire staff at Bosley.
