Lot's of attention given to the customer needs and always a solid answer to questions . I cannot say enough about the young ladies and the attention they gave to the details and their individual roles during the procedure. They were great!
And last but not least , the two doctors who did the heavy lifting , fantastic individuals giving a sense of sincere care and fun cocmoradery during this procedure.

Everyone was friendly and professional. However, your preparation checklist stated that I would be getting a number One level fade cut to allow the grafts to be removed. Unfortunately my hair was buzzed with a zero blade and left with no blending no fade at all. I specially chose that date because I wanted my hair to look somewhat like it did before the procedure. I am taking my girlfriend on a cruise for her birthday on 2/21. I know the side of my head will probably grow a few millimeters but now I have a hack job that would be impossible for a stylist to properly blend by around 2/19. Also the dosage of Ambien did not help me sleep at all. I had no pain but just trouble sleeping being elevated with my back.

The entire staff was amazing, they did everything they could to make me comfortable. It’s really hard to sit for so long, but they did their best to keep me comfortable.
