Leslie was great and friendly. She answered all my questions. Also, I was running late to my appointment and having troubles finding the location, but she was patient with me and made sure I got to the location.

Start to finish, exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming even from the very front with Laura as soon as you walk in. Trey in the consultation was clear about the entire process to the point I couldn't even think of any questions to ask. Dr. Kilgore was as friendly and professional as you could ever want a doctor to be. Denise, Daniel, and the rest of the staff were a true pleasure to work with. They want you to be as comfortable as possible, and it shows. Pain levels - virtually non existent even through the healing process (I fell asleep during the actual procedure, if you are questioning how bad it will hurt). Top notch service - whatever your expectations are, its better than that. Can't recommend enough. I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank individually. Thanks for helping me get my confidence back!

I just can’t afford anymore money to get what I taught I was going to have with my 3 procedures I had paid for and was told would be more than enough to get a full head of hair which is totally false. After my last post i went back to Bosley and was told by the Dr to just start taking pills for my hair so I have for over a year now and hasn’t made any difference. I do have hair now but everyone telling me that after spending about 20,000 dollars I now look like a man losing my hair instead of a bald man. I wouldn’t have spend $20,000 if I knew that’s what I was paying for I would’ve saved my money. When Bosley say’s they give a 100 percent guarantee my experience is that they didn’t for fill their guarantee. I have tried to reach out to Bosley of Dallas Texas to try to itcontact me by email or phone to see if they can give me the full head of hair as they guaranteed me or at least try to work something out to make me feel better about spending so much money on something I that was not only painful put just gave me a look of someone with really thinning hair. It’s been over five years and haven’t heard from Bosley of Dallas. And I know they have my cell number and email in their files. Only emails I get are for me to come in and spend more money . For me I was promised a full head of hair for what I thought for the amount I spent which I think was fair but wasn’t for filled on their side. Still waiting for someone to contact me. It’s been about 5 years now and know one has reached out to see if they can fix my hair.
