Bosley restored my hair, physical appearance, and confidence with transplant procedures that came out undetectable! It looks perfect 🤩. I recently had the SMP procedure to hide the scares from the donor area. That procedure came out perfect as well. Recommend Bosley hands down I find all customer touchpoints of the highest standard. In addition, the atmosphere is that of comfort. The only thing that could be better is car parking. In specific, my experience was very nice due to Dr Deutch recognizing me by face when he inadvertently walked into the reception desk area. Khacho was on top of my patient history - so was Dr Deutch - had got my patient file with photos ready for the consult. Dr Deutch was very candid about what I did not need and what could be beneficial - he did not try to oversell. While leaving, Khacho asked me if I needed water or wanted to visit the restroom - this was thoughtful of him, even though I declined. They made me feel welcome and valued. Thanks for that.
