Our office is located within the REGUS Business Center on the 7th floor of the MET Building (Suite 700). Please use the gold doors between Smashburger and Potbelly to enter the building. If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you are not able to reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.
