I am a Bosley hair transplant patient who needed a touch up with SMP. The entire staff from evaluation (Stacey) through application (Moses) was professional. Communication was easy and all my questions were answered.

The staff, nurse, doctor, and the receptionist are all very nice and customer friendly. Cee Cee, Joyce, Renato, Tay, Vanessa were fantastic along with Yina and Nicole. They made the customer very comfortable and at ease.

Excellence defined! From the consultation with JC to pre-visit call with Tiara to procedure with Dr.Frecker, Vanessa, Salim, Renata, Nicole, Cicely, and Joyce to post op follow-up with Dr. Ehrlic, my questions, concerns, and anxieties were answered and made to rest. Attention to my physical and psychological needs were attended. I like the fact that each team member introduced themselves to me. They all were very attentive to my comfort. They all exhibited excellent bedside manner. The entire team needs to be recognized for diligence in there work with the empathy and concern how they do their work!

I had a great experience with my counselor wyteria. She instantly made me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous to share my hair loss journey. She walked me through all of my options and took her time to thoroughly explain the process/ expectations/ cost/ etc. I left feeling hopeful. Thank you

Fantastic experience. Dr Ehrlich and his team at the Wisconsin Ave Chevy Chase office were professional, competent and cordial from the front desk staff to the OR suite. All the crew were polite and welcoming from intake to postop care.
