This it’s my second time with Bosley and I have to say they are such an excellent team from Dr. Erlich and his medical team-Renato, Jackie, Saleem, Vanessa, precious Jerome, Q. I have to say thank you so so much. The procedure went really well. You guys worked really hard and it was such a pleasant experience. Not forgetting the reception guy ( can’t remember his name). Bosley should be proud of you guys.

I want to highlight the great before and after care of the whole office. I have been working with Dr. Ehrlich for one year now - he’s always went above and beyond to answer any questions I’ve had. I want to also highlight a most recent procedure; particularly Dr. Ehrlich, PA-C Yina, and medical staff Venessa, Renato, and precious. I genuinely feel they care for each and every person. They all worked hard and paid attention to detail. This includes before, during, and after care. The front desk staff is also very helpful and welcoming ensuring each transition goes smoothly. I’m somewhat disappointed because no doctor would do a minor procedure. I understand and will try and save money for the future. The lady who helped me Bronwyn was awesome. She worked her butt off and made me feel appreciated. 10 stars for Bronwyn, and 3.5 stars for Bosley. If I can ever get the procedure done I’ll up the stars to 5.

Underwent an FUE hair transplant yesterday from Dr. Ehrlich and his staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the time I booked a consultation to my procedure (which was only two weeks). They didn’t pressure you into telling you what you need, instead gave me options to fulfill my desired expectations. On the day of the procedure, they give you the celebrity-like treatment by giving you the options of what music/tv shows/movies you’d like to watch during the procedure, and give you complimentary lunch options. The Doctor and his staff made the procedure painless and comfortable. I highly recommend Bosley if you are experiencing male pattern baldness like me.

The staff attending to me throughout my procedure were excellent Jerome, Jackie and Vanessa, exhibited conscientiousness, professionalism, and were attentive to my needs. Great job.
