Please be advised that effective April 18th, 2009, Bosley will no longer offer Delta SkyMiles in association with any newly scheduled Bosley hair restoration procedure. Patients with hair restoration procedures performed between August 25th 2008 and April 18th 2009 or who have scheduled a future procedure by April 18th 2009, who have qualified for Delta SkyMiles will receive their mileage award. If you are unsure if a recently scheduled or performed hair restoration procedure qualifies for Delta SkyMiles, please contact your Bosley counselor.
Initial Consultation-based award of 20,000 Delta SkyMiles is awarded for the successful completion of an Initial Consultation at a Bosley office. Telephone consults and subsequent consultations do not qualify. Initial Consultation must be completed on or before 8/25/08 to qualify. Initial Consultations are subject to availability on an office-by-office basis. Part-time offices may be closed at various times during the offer period.
